Blog Post #4: Plugins That Could Boost the Site

There are a few plugins we’re looking at that could make the site even better. A live chat feature would let customers get quick answers about orders, delivery times, or menu details without having to email or call. A social proof plugin would be another nice touch, showing recent orders or reviews so new visitors see that other people are loving the service.

A currency converter could be useful too, especially for people ordering from outside the US or sending gifts to someone abroad. Even though we’re starting mostly in the US, it’s a step toward making the service work anywhere. These aren’t must-haves for launch, but they’d each add something that makes the site feel more interactive and customer-focused.
